please note that our warehouse closes on weekends (sat and sun) and major holidays. some rare occasions may arise when our warehouse has an unexpectedly large number of orders to fulfill on a given day or when fulfillment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (for example, inclement weather or high holiday volume). in such cases, there may be an additional delay in the shipping schedule outlined below.

shipping rates for u.s.
hanaglow offers the following domestic flat-rate shipping options for all u.s. states, including alaska and hawaii:

free usps ground shipping (1–10 days) on purchases with a subtotal of $50 or more, excluding taxes and after any promotions or discounts are applied.

$6 flat fee for standard shipments via economy (1–10 days) on purchases with a subtotal of less than $50, excluding taxes and after any promotions or discounts are applied.

optional: priority shipping (1–5 days) is available for a flat rate of $12, regardless of your subtotal.

all products are shipped directly from florda. orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. orders placed on fridays or over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

a shipping confirmation email, along with tracking information (if available), will be sent when your order is processed.

please note that we are not responsible for:

• lost or stolen packages
  
• returned or delayed packages by the postal service
  
• undelivered or misdelivered packages due to addresses incorrectly entered by the customer

please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. sale items, promotional items, and masks are final sale.

if you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can return your new, unopened, and unused item(s) to hanaglow for a full refund within 21 days of the purchase date.

return shipping is $6 and will be deducted from your refund amount. we do not offer exchanges.

for a return shipping label, email contact@hanaglow.us.com with your order number and “return” in the subject line. in the body of the email, include the product(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

only the items specified in the original return request and confirmed by hanaglow will be refunded. extra products included in the return package that were not confirmed, or items from orders outside the return window, will not be refunded or returned to you.

only the retail value plus tax paid by the customer will be refunded at the time of return, minus the $6 shipping cost. any discounts applied to the order will be automatically factored into the refund amount.

shipping fees are not eligible for a refund.

please allow 5–14 business days to process your return. after your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method. depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the credit to post to your account.

products on sale during promotions and certain promotional items are not eligible for return. sitewide promotional sales (such as black friday and cyber monday) and limited-time deals are also not eligible for return or refund. please check the details of any promotion before purchasing.

sheet masks and other one-time-use products are final sale.

required conditions
returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and in resellable condition. any products that appear used, opened, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund and will not be returned to the customer.
